The Aurora Sportsmen's Club is located about 60 miles due west of Chicago, just southwest of Waterman, Illinois. The main office is at 7858 Preserve Rd., Waterman, IL 60556.
The range area is located at 7749 Rueff Rd, Waterman, IL 60556.
To get to the club, take I-88 West to Exit 113. Follow IL-56 West about 4 miles and stay straight to go on to US 30 West (Lincoln Hwy). Follow US 30 approximately 19 miles to the traffic light at route 30 and Elm St in Waterman.
To get to the main office, turn left/south on Elm St. and go approximately 1/2 mile to Preserve Road. Turn right/west on Preserve Road, and the main office is approximately 1 mile west of Elm St. on the south side of the road. Our phone number is (815) 264-9000; however, the office is not staffed regularly so there may be no one there to take your call.
To get to the Rifle/Pistol ranges, go one mile west of Elm St. in Waterman to Leland Rd and head south approx 1 mile to the second road, Rueff Rd and turn left heading east.
To get to the Sporting Clays, Shotgun Sports (trap, skeet, 5-stand, pyramid wobble, springing teal) ranges, go one mile west of Elm St. in Waterman to Leland Rd and head south approx 1 mile to the second road, Rueff Rd and turn left heading east.
Each range area has a separate gate (Sporting Clays, Rifle/Pistol and Shotgun/Archery.)
Members must have their key and ID on them to enter the property.
